Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. She was as a character in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She currently works as an analyst managing the Assassination Witness project and one of the core members of G-TOC's multilateral engagement team. Research conducted by the GITOC concentrates on the assassination of people, disappearances and other forms of violence in the context of illicit economy. Research interests focus on the effects of organised criminality on human rights, as well as the impact of policies and laws. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum the laude award with a major in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies at Geneva. Additionally, she holds an LL.M. and MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her legal experience is comprised of four years with a firm that is specialized in the area of public law litigation. Other past experience includes assisting in non-governmental organisations with their offices within Rio de Janeiro.
