The partnership would allow for the creativity Lofaso was looking for. Black Market is not constrained by any one direction. And this is exactly what we want. The menu could begin with potato chips dill with shishito chillies, then move on to a Korean Chicken and meatballs. The underlying ingredient in this dazzling assortment of flavours is Antonia. Her memorable performance of Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars showcased her distinct personality outside of the kitchen and her talents continue to shine in front of the camera. She is a Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup and in regular roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 easy and Delicious Recipes, back in 2012 in collaboration with Penguin. It also told the story of her challenges when she was a student at the French Culinary Institute. She was also raising her daughter Xea, as well. Lofaso states that her love to cook is the main motivation behind her successes. She remains at the forefront of her field by keeping an eye on trends and fashion.
